JV,
If you set your internal radio options to "auto" for baudrate, this will not
work in DXbase. You must set a specific baudrate in the radio and then you
must match this baudrate with your setting in DXbase user options for that
radio. In essence, if you set the radio to 4800 baud, then you must also
set DXbase user options for 4800 baud. "Auto" baud has never been a
supported option in DXbase for any serial port interface that we provide.
Ditto for the radio address. The address specified in the radio must match
the address that is used in the DXbase radios.ini file for that radio. We
urge you to use the default address that ICOM assigns for your radio and
make sure that DXbase radios.ini matches this. In most cases, the DXbase
radios.ini file is already set for the default address for the radios that
we support.
Regards,
Jack
