I lied. It really did take 4 seconds when I first got it going. Really it
did -- I timed it. But now, for some reason, it's faster. Just a bit
slower than 1 second -- not too bad. Maybe the serial port had to "settle
in" or something. :)
Anyway, I'd still like to know if anyone has experiences with this radio to
share, or improved settings that I might try.
