[Dxbase] PSK 1.00

Works fine when I use Digipan. Have it set to BPSK. Will upgrade to 2.10 and
see if it will make a difference but not sure why it would.

 Do you have your mode set to BPSK ? QPSK or PSK 63 will
give you gibberish if you're trying to copy BPSK or PSK31 - (think
they are the same thing).
