[Dxbase] QSLing enhancement for DXB2008.....

QSLing is a chore and at times quite frustrating. Among the most
annoying things is trying to get those rare ones who you have to QSL a
second time (or maybe a third). In some cases it's just not worth
another try, but making this determination is difficult.
Once or twice a year I run a list of all my needed QSL's and try to
determine what should be done with some of the difficult but often much
needed ones.
I would like to see a flag I could set on the QSO record that would say
in effect "SUSPENDED". This would mean it's not worth trying anymore,
yet I don't want to either delete the Q or mark it as not valid for
DXCC. The reason is that a miracle might happen and and card comes in,
either as a real card or via LoTW. It has happened that such a card has
shown up, and if I had deleted the Q I would have to re-enter it. If
such a confirmation does come in, then when making it confirmed, I would
like the "SUSPENDED" status to be removed automatically.
When using the Tools>Selection Wizard I would like to be able to choose
to include or exclude suspended Q's from the selection wizard output.
Also in the Summary window if for example I have worked 5T on 10 Phone
but it's suspended then instead of a black W, perhaps a red W could
instead be shown.
The feature of a SUSPENDED status would reduce the work load on QSLing
by not presenting me again and again the same Q to sutdy which I have
decided before is not work working on again, yet I am not ready to
delete it from the log.
While my suggestion is for a new status flag, if someone has a
suggestion of another way to deal with this I am listening!
