This is not a an electronic QSL this is how a QSL MGR acts so Global
QSL service is acting as your QSL MGR and you are providing a log
file in ADI format to your QSL MGR. He in turn prints your QSL Card
and then on an actual QSL Card he prints the QSO Data and sends that
card via the bureau to the station you worked or his QSL MGR.
This is exactly what I do for N6TJ and JA1BK as their QSL MGR. They
send me their logs in ADI format and I answer QSL Cards as they are
received or send out in bulk confirmations for the contacts they want
QSL'd either direct or via the bureau as the case may be.
Electronic QSL are ones where the actual QSL card is transmitted
electronically.
