It's best to use a dedicated contest logger for contesting, then
import those contest QSOs into DX Base for QSL management, reports,
etc. These programs know how to handle scoring for CQWW, etc, much
more so than DX Base. After the contest, they will generate a
Cabrillo file easily. You can then export the contest log into ADIF
format and import in into DX Base.
While DX Base is an excellent DX logger, it's not really designed for
contests. I'd suggest looking into N1MM Contest Logger (great
program, completely free and very powerful). You can check it out at
n1mm.com or through their Yahoo group.
For your current solution, my recommendation would be to export only
the QSOs you made in CQWW to an ADIF file. Then, download N1MM
Logger, start a log for CQWW-SSB for the correct date, and import
this ADIF file. Once you do that, export it as Cabrillo. A little
roundabout, but not too hard.
