[Dxbase] Generating Cabrillo format files?

It's not quite as simple as producing a cabrillo file from your DXB log
file. Each contest is expecting a Cabrillo file that must meet an exact
spec. In the case of CQWW each column must be in a precise offset.
Here's an example from http://www.cqww.com/br_info.htm
QSO: 3799 PH 2000年11月26日 0711 N6TW 59 03 K9QZO 59 04

QSO: 14256 PH 2000年11月26日 0711 N6TW 59 03 P29AS 59 28

Each bit of data is offset xx bytes from the left. For instance the zone
data must by in column 74 and 75. If it is one byte out, an error will be
returned.
Contesters always use dedicated Contest logging programs. Such programs are
not suitable for day to day logging such as what you and I use DXB for. Yes
there is a Contest mode in DXB however it is more suitable for providing
dupe checking rather than being submitted.
There are several Freeware contest logs such as N1MM that you could consider
for future contests. They all provide an ADIF output that you can use to
import into DXB.
There may also be a web based Cabrillo input form that you could enter the
Qs manually?
