[Dxbase] ADIF export from DX4WIN ver. 1.12

Nope, Sorry, I missed the "no" in "There seems to be no ADIF " .
I seem to have lots of these reading, typing and senior moments lately.
Just turned 60 so I guess I am on the way out.
