Check your routers 'Port Forwarding' section.
Most Routers have a section in their setup to allow 'Port Forwarding'.
You give permission for the program to access various computer ports (not com ports) to
pass information.
I can't remember, but I 'think' telnet is port 23.
Maybe one of the readers knows for sure.
