[Dxbase] LoTW flag in QSLs Suggestion and Question

This is a Suggestion as well as a Question.
When creating an ADIF output from DXb, the user is asked a long question
about flagging the log entries about to be exported to set LoTW in the QSLs
field. It is very easy on occasion to accidentally accept the default of
YES. This results in all entries being exported having the QSLs field
flagged with LOTW or BOTH depending on QSL status.
For those users who do not use the LoTW this is an annoyance and I am
suggesting that a "[ ]Do Not Show This Message Again" box be added to this
Dialogue box as well as offer this choice in General Options somewhere in
the User Profile.
So now that I have done this in error enough times to have really messed up
my QSLs fields, how can one remove or change the LoTW or BOTH status
messages to just NONE or CARD for the effected entries?
