[Dxbase] Filtering spots with VE7CC's program (was Refinements...)

If you connect to VE7CC, which is running VE7CC's own cluster program, you
can use his program to set different filters for each band. That way, if
you're on the East Coast, for instance, you could have 80 and 160 set to
never see spots from W6/W7, but have 20M set to receive spots from all
states.

Wow this sure opened up a can of worms. :) :)
Paul I already have VE7CC cluster program on my machine so I am going
to configure it per this email and see if I can make it do what we
want it to do.
If I need some help Paul I'll get back with you. I have been using
K8NA or Cluster at DX Central and not knowing the syntax for the
commands leaves me at a loss. That is the only reason I picked this
as a enhancement as it would be user friendly. In my case it has to
be VERY user friendly. HI HI
