[Dxbase] Refinements...

Possibly I did not post my earlier reply to the group
What I use is a separate cluster client that talks to DXB via the localhost capability of your PC. In DXB you create a host IP of
127.0.0.1 and use the port required by the host client. In my case I use the VE7CC AR-Cluster http://www.ve7cc.net/ that allows
configuration of spotters and spots down to the country level and in North America, Province and State. In the case of the VE7CC
software he uses port 7300 to pass the spots so when configuring the DXB host file you would use 127.0.0.2 for the IP and Port 7300.
In the VE7CC software you select all of the parameters - and there are many - and then tell the cluster. Once the cluster knows
your wants by band, mode, spotted DX and the source, it will only send that data to you and on to the DXB DX Info window
Works slick and takes some learning but makes for a powerful combination
