[Dxbase] Refinements...

Sounds like a good idea. I'm in the Eastern time zone, and every day alerts
are coming through from west coast stations in the morning on 160, 80, 40,
long after they could be worked or even heard from here. It's not a big
problem, but would be nice to cut the alerts off at a set time on these
bands.
