[Dxbase] sheesh, backup first

If your upgrading to DXB07, be prudent and backup your data first.
In all the beta versions, not a single lost qso using the Program Group DXBase Import 
utility. The imports worked perfectly.
But...if you make a mistake, or have a unexpected shutdown...
So if your upgrading from DXB2006, Go to the DXB Program group, select Database, and do a 
compact and backup to a safe location.
This will GUARANTEE, no power failures, no typos, no computer lockups, and no 'darn! I 
didn't want to do dat's.'
