[Dxbase] Can't get control of my FT-847

I got a reply off list (Thanks John B.) that enabled me to get it working.
In a nutshell, the settings that work are
1. Use null modem cable between serial port and FT-847.
2. Set baud rate in radio and in DXbase to match. (I am successfully using
4800, John B. uses 57600.)
3. In DXbase, set the DTR High, RTS High, and CTS checkboxes all to
'unchecked.'
