For a QSL manager or even just a DXbase user (Special
situation), this might be a good question.
For the QSL manager, who wants to know how many QSL cards
he or she is going to have to print, the answer might be
well-worth-it.
I have made a report that will tell the DXbase2005 user
how many QSL cards or labels they will have to make to
satisfy a certain project.
Since this report is really very specialized, I will not
post it to the website.. But, if any of the DXbase2005
users would like to have it - I will email the ZIP file to
you.
Here is the Background:
The Report will have two user input options:
(1) A starting and an ending date to search for.
(2) A choice (one time only) of how many QSOs (MAX)
you plan to print to the QSL cards or labels. Such as,
if you are using a 6-QSO "print to the QSL Card backside"
file - then you would answer 6 QSO MAX ..
THE REPORT will give you the total number of unique
callsigns worked - the Callsigns - the Running Total of
QSL Card needed/Labels needed - the Total number of
QSOs each callsign had.
If you see that this kind of report would be very useful
to your situation, I would be happy to email it to you.
TNX to Garth VE3HO for presenting me with a very challenging
task in programming this report!!
73 to all,
Joe WA6AXE
