I am unfamiliar with there being a Hygain HAM V. I know that there was a Ham IV and also a Tx2. In any case, the answer of whether a rotor would work with software control from DXbase would depend upon the rotor control box's ability to support RS232 interface, and whether the commands required could be set up in DXbase user options. Or possibly the rotor emulates the commands of some other existing rotor and could therefore use that.
