Art,
You might be able to write another report which also
checks for
CFMTYPE="LOTW" and not valid for DXCC
That way - once you enter the fact that the QSO was confirmed
via LOTW -- and of course, you still have the not valid for DXCC
there -- that report shud pick-up just those entries that match.
