[DXBase] Long Outstanding QSLs

Hi,
How are you suppose to handle long outstanding QSL.
For example it would be silly to keep counting a 40 meter QSO from 10 years
ago toward your 100 worked for that band. What I do is mark all the old
outstanding QSOs as not valid for DXCC. With LoTW it is now easy to get
very old QSLs and hard to tell if I marked them not valid for DXCC.
I use a report I wrote to check for 'confirmed' and 'not valid for DXCC'.
Is there a better way?
