[DXBase] How do you export to cabrillo for SKN ARRL contest

Actually, not quite what I have observed. You can open the DXbase .mdb
file using Access 2000 and fiddle with the data --IF-- you have the file
open in DXbase at the same time.
Of course follow the WARNING above before doing this. When you open Access,
you will get the advisory that you can't make any changes to the database,
which is true as far as saving the file in Access, but with the file open
both places, the changes are made instantly and you don't have to save the
file using Access. 
Neat huh?
You can also use the Access 2000 Database Utilities to convert the .mdb
file to the latest format, fiddle with it and then convert it back to
Access 97 for use in DXbase.
