1. As far as I know, there is no DXBase to Cabrillo converter.
There is the DXBase to adif of course.
If you have the program Cabrillo Tools you can convert adif.
2. As a adif file is just a text file, you can import it into Excel.
If you have the older version of Access, you can always read the DXBase .mdb file and
manipulate it as you wish.
.........WARNING....... Make a safely stored backup prior to playing with your .mdb file.
Newer Access versions will read the DXBase .mdb file but if they are updated, they will no
longer be useable with DXBase...

[1] Can anyone give be the step-by-step procedure to submit Straight Key Night Log in
DX-base 2003 to the ARRL in their required "Cabrillo" format. I am at complete loss.
[2] Is there a way to cut & past log records in DX-base 2003 into MS WORD or Excell?
