[DXBase] More Modes Needed in DXBase2005

Just so you are aware, for ARRL and most other award group. There are only 3 modes.
CW, SSB (includes SCTV etc.) and Digital (includes rtty, psk and all the other flavors).
Now there may be some special awards offered for specific types of digital I'm not aware
of.
