[DXBase] More Modes Needed in DXBase2005

One enhancement I would like to see in the next version of DXBase is the
inclusion of more modes to cover all the possibilities I am logging today.
In particular, the various modes offered by WSJT
(http://pulsar.princeton.edu/~joe/K1JT/) are becoming very popular and
should be included in DXBase: FSK441, JT6M, JT44, JT65A, JT65B, JT65C, EME
Echo. Nobel laureate astronomer Joe Taylor, K1JT, continues to enhance
these weak signal programs, and new modes are likely to be released in the
near future. It would be nice if DXBase also provided "user specified"
modes so that additions could be added on the fly (they would have to map to
some standard list of modes for the ARRL LoTW). These are all digital modes
that work via the sound card on a Windows PC.
