[DXBase] internet cluster window

Perhaps. We could assume (an old timer once told me "never assume anything" however) that other telnet clients are using the same Microsoft programming interfaces as DXB. This stuff is probably all standard API's available from MS. If true why don't the other telnet clients exhibit a similiar problem?
