Same here. Once I restart I may go 1/2 hour or I may go for 2-3 days before
the CPU goes to 100% usage.

I noticed that when this "CPU grab" goes to 100% the DXbase application is
running the hardest.
When I go inside DXBase and close the Internet Window the cpu usage returns
to normal.
I can then restart the internet window and I am good for 20 to 30 minutes
before it saturates again.
