[DXBase] DXB2004 sluggish with SH/FDX/50?

Found the problem! I have two identical machines (which is to say same
processor and motherboard) except that one (my shack machine) uses the on
board video (Intel 815) while the other makes use of the AGP connector and
has an add on video card. The problem I describe occurs on the one with the
on board video. I remember now when I added a video card to this machine
how much faster some applications (which don't appear to be video intensive)
ran.
Ill find a AGP video card and put it in the 'slow' machine to verify that it
speeds up, but I am about 99% sure that that is the problem.
Which is a good lesson...on board video is far from ideal.
