[DXBase] Internet cluster window

The point is not that it "disconnects immediately and completely", but that
the Windows Task Manager shows that the CPU usage jumps up to 98% usage and
stays there after you disconnect by typing 'bye' from a packet cluster
session. If you then close the telnet windows the usage drops down to a few
percent.
As long as the CPU usage is stuck at such a high usage the performance of
other tasks is greatly hampered.
In case you don't know how to test this, do as follows: In WinXP open the
task manager (alt-ctrl-del) and the window for cpu usage. Observe that it
is just a few percent busy. Start DXB2003, connect using it to a cluster.
Observe the cpu usage. Now type 'bye' but leave the cluster window open.
Observe the cpu usage..it should have popped up to nearly 100% and stays
there. Close the cluster window and observe that the usage drops down to a
low value.
If you have done this test and do not observe the near 100% usage (which
essentially means the application is in a loop) I will be surprised.
