[Dx-qsl] BY4RB (1989)

I have twos contacts with BY4RB, IN 1990 AND 1992 DXKeeper shows it was logged ITU 44 QRZ 24 so that matches. The name given was Zsen Ziang. Neither one of them was confirmed, because I didnt send one out, and he never confirmed by LOTW.

QSL Bureau, DIRECT, LOTW Preferred, eQSL used but upload at a courtesy only, as do not use the system for awards.
