[Dx-qsl] BY4RB (1989)

That one rang a bell.
I have a 1989 QSL from BY4RB. The station was located at the Zhenjiang 
Children's Palace, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, China. The card does not list 
zone information, but my cross-eyed squinting at on-line zone maps puts 
them in CQ Zone 24 and ITU Zone 44.
