[Dx-qsl] New DXCC Rules

It will be interesting to see Bernie's, W3UR, write up in his QST column
'How's DX' on this subject. I will be interested in the spin he presents to
support the leagues decision to allow and PROMOTE commercial remote
stations. We know that he can't be critical because free public discussion
is not permitted.
Here's a thought/speculation. Maybe the ARRL is financially involved in
these commercial remote stations. It could be a new source of income. A
lot of times decisions are made for either power and/or money.
