Andy:
The bureau which will process the card depends on the call sign of the
station,
and not on where he/she happens to live. So in the case you mention,
cards for
the K6 would go to the USA Sixth Call Area Bureau.
If you are a DARC member, DARC is well aware of how our bureau system works,
so they will forward the card to the correct bureau. DARC sends cards for
their
members directly to our P. O. Box, one box about every six weeks, with about
3300 cards in each box.
