I have had one QSO with EY7AD, at the time he WANTED a qsl card from me for
V44KAI so I GOT one from him.
with no issues.
I have also had OD5NH on 7 Bands ! some people say he is all SORTS of
things ! but I GOT the 1st 6 bands with no ISSUES ! I NEVER got the last
one from him. he sent me an E mail once asking me for a 2 METER radio. I
didnt send it. I guess that BLEW me out of the WATER.

I sent my QSL request by registered mail, as he suggests on qrz.com. I
received my QSL in about 2 months. However, he sent it to someone else along
with their card, and that person had to forward it to me. I sent him an IRC
and SAE. Maybe 2ドル would have been better since it was registered anyway.
This was for a QSO in September 2011.
