I sent my QSL request by registered mail, as he suggests on qrz.com. I 
received my QSL in about 2 months. However, he sent it to someone else 
along with their card, and that person had to forward it to me. I sent 
him an IRC and SAE. Maybe 2ドル would have been better since it was 
registered anyway. This was for a QSO in September 2011.
