I remember from years past that you need to route QSLs to Reunion via France. Otherwise they go via Africa which likely will result in mail theft. The cards occasionally make it through, minus any IRCs and Green Stamps. I once received a card back from there, postcard at surface rate with a note that my envelope had been opened and any contents other than my card had been removed.
