Rex and the group,
I'm in the same boat. I sent a direct card after working him on 30m RTTY, which is a new band-slot for me.
That was back in September 2012, and nothing received yet, even though he asked ME for my QSL info.
An email from him suggested he would indeed reply once he got my card, but that was it, subsequent emails have gone un-answered.
Looking at my log, I see quite a few slots that have never been confirmed for FR, so maybe there is a local issue?
I have many QSO's with FR5GS and FR1HZ where I have had no QSL's, and the only one I can see that uses LoTW is FR5MV.
Not a good sign!
Oh well, maybe it is time to try someone else?
