If you have received one QSL for three requests, possibly he is waiting 
for logs from the other stations.
I recently received a JY4NE QSL from K3IRV. All I sent to him was an 
SASE and my QSL. You are not in the USA, so you will need to send him an 
IRC or 2ドル with your QSL and SAE.
International postage from the USA increases from 0ドル.98 to 1ドル.05 on 
January 22, 2012.
