[Dx-qsl] Envelopes

I've been using these JAM envelopes for several years now. No DX station
has found it necessary to cut them down and ALL DX QSLs have fit inside.
My only complaint is with the shipping charges. I just ordered 100 of each
size and the shipping charge via UPS was 16ドル for ground delivery. It would
have been 6ドル via Priority Mail.
