[Dx-qsl] LU QSL's

There are thieves every place of the world. Here also!
I suggest:
1) Don't write in the envelope words as "Amateur Radio Station"
2) Don't write the CALL of the station. Just write the name.
Those small steps can help to divert the attention on the content of the
envelope.
