That is really bad new, though I have never gotten a QSL from him to start 
with. 12 QSOs, 10 cards sent, none returned. 6 emails sent over the years, 
with no responses. This leaves me without confirmations on RTTY , 17 and 12 
meters with the country- not to mention all the other bands/modes I have 
worked with him, but have managed to get others to wprl and confirm. I 
dont suppose anyone has his logs, or that he is willing to pass those on to 
someone to do the mangement of them for him? I asked him at least twice, if 
he would like a manager, and again he just ignored my questions. That would 
have taken care of the dollar/IRC problem. Just dont understand the hours 
he put into responding to calls, and then just ignore the fact that most of 
them were a "59 thank you", and on to the next guy.
