[Dx-qsl] SV2ASP/A

Everyone needs to remember that LOTW requires an exact call sign match. 
If Father Apollo ever were to upload his logs, they would be as 
SV2ASP/A. If someone were to work him and upload their contact as 
SV2ASP, LOTW would *not* count it as a match.
