I received a QSL from 3W5FM back in 1998. The card was sent on June 9, 
1998 with SAE and Russian postage. I received a reply on November 25, 1998.
The address was via UA0FM, P.O. Box 66, Vladimir 600011, Russia.
QRZ.com currently lists him at P.O. Box 37, Vladimir 60000, Russia.
