I worked 3W5FM on SSB 20 meters back on 13 Dec 1998, and sent a card at the
time. The last attempt, direct, was made April 2006, but still no response.
He is still listed in QRZ.com, so assume the license is still valid. Has
anyone had any success with this one. Still my only SSB with Vietnam.
