[Dx-qsl] Problems at the DXCC desk

While I agree with most of what's been said here regarding DXCC 
submissions, I feel I should point out one important point.
If you are e-mailing HQ about a DXCC issue you have, DO NOT use the 
e-mail address: DXCC at arrl.org
I've done this maybe half a dozen time in the past couple of years, 
and have YET to EVER receive a response to ANY of those 
e-mails. They seem to just get lost in the ether.
Bill, NC1L, has always been extremely helpful, in my experience, with 
resolving mistakes, oversights, etc. that have occurred with my 
submissions, but if you want to get in touch with him you should use 
his own ARRL e-mail address: nc1l at arrl.org
This always gets results. Better yet, pick up the telephone and give 
him a call. Always works for me.
