[Dx-qsl] qsls printed from QRZ

I would fill out his card just like he asks and then send him that card
along with a SASE for him to "verify." I have received confirmations like
this from other sources who basically returned my card back to me with a
note that it was confirmed. The DXCC desk accepted them.
Without some kind of real signed verification from him, though, you're SOL.
