[Dx-qsl] SSL added to MyQsl Service

Remember the old telephone company (Ma Bell)? They thought they made
their rules too until a federal judge ordered them to break up. Ma Bell
could not continue their monopoly. Even the ARRL must play by the legal
rules (federal laws). The ARRL rules states that electronic submission
is not acceptable ... with one exception, their own program (LOTW).
Wonder what happens if I can show that MyQsl is also secure?
