[Dx-qsl] UA4WHX UA callbook

Hi Steve,
Wonder what Russian Callbook you're using ?
In QRZ.RU the address is the same as QRZ.COM (PO Box 2040) just with the 
addition of an extra name after the city name (maybe the oblast...dunno?).
