[Dx-qsl] QSL Bureau Closings

Be thankful the Vatican even has a ham station.... there's been talk for 
years about eliminating it.... it may even be history right now. Then we'd 
have to get a special dispensation in order to send a DXpedition to St. 
Peter's !!!
