Hello OMs, my story for your reference.
I repeatedly received SAE+IRC request FROM AP2IA
for my friend's QSL card whom I am a QSL manager for.
I confirmed his QSO and replied his requests using HIS envelope,
but after some months he sent the same request to me again and again....
This means that he has quite interest in collecting QSL card but my reply
postal mail does not reach him!
However, IRCs he sent me inside his request are issued outside of Pakistan
which means some of your guys mails are reaching him.
I wonder if some other QSL managers have the same experience.
