I have one contact with him in 2002 and have sent QSL's 5 times. Used
plain envelopes, sometimes used IRC's with my SAE, sometimes GS with my
SAE, never get a reply. His info on QRZ.COM says send him an email if
no card. Have sent several emails, no replies.
Any suggestions?
