also, when you send direct to a manager, don't send it postcard style, 
include a SASE or SAE and proper postage. Also remember, the manager can 
only print out what is in the log.
If you are logged incorrectly (your call) I will bend over backwards if 
there is something in the log that even looks close to your call, 
especially if its a cw contact.
